... notations, texts, translations? You might find something here. On this website I’ve gathered a songbook and several scores, all from the repertoire of my dance group Qualmende Socke (i.e. “Smoking Sock”) in Darmstadt, Germany.

I was finally fed up with just guessing the lyrics propped up on the music stand, not being able to decipher them properly. This made me take my whole lot of useful lyrics, pour them into the computer and let them come out again in really huge letters. Very useful for dark gyms and other gloomy corners, where musicians often tend to end up. May these lyrics help other singers too to gain a more relaxed posture!

Download all scores as a zip-file (19.9 MB).
Here you can find the scores as PDF:
Of course songbook and scores are on this web for free download. But please keep in mind that these collections will grow: there will always be new lyrics added, mistakes will be corrected and translations will be added (I am planning to put in the english translations as well) or changed. For this reason it's not a good idea to put a copy of this material on your own web page, because this copy will never be updated and always be older than the original. Just put a link to my site on your web page, and you will always be up-to-date!
